Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the auto transport brokerage services provided by US Prime Shipping LLC, an FMCSA-licensed and bonded property broker (MC# 1794487, USDOT# 4527009). By booking a shipment, you agree to these terms.

Broker role

US Prime Shipping LLC arranges transportation of your vehicle with independent, FMCSA-authorized motor carriers. We do not physically transport vehicles. The assigned carrier is responsible for the safe transport of your vehicle.

Quotes and payment

• Quotes are based on the information you provide and current carrier market rates.
• No payment is due at booking. Our fee becomes due only once a carrier is assigned and dispatched.
• The remaining balance is paid to the carrier at delivery as stated in your order confirmation.

Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, road conditions, and other factors outside our control. You or your designated representative must be present to release and accept the vehicle and sign the Bill of Lading.

Vehicle condition and insurance

• The vehicle's condition is documented on the Bill of Lading at pickup and delivery.
• Any damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery before signing.
• Carriers maintain cargo insurance. Personal items left in the vehicle are not covered.

Cancellations

You may cancel at no charge before a carrier is dispatched by contacting your shipping advisor.
